Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pastor to serve our community through spiritual leadership and guidance. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering sermons, providing pastoral care, and fostering a welcoming environment for congregants.

• Location: Nottingham, UK
• Job Type: Full-time/Permanent (Tier 2 sponsorship available)
• Salary: £24K – £29K {per year}

Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging sermons and religious services that resonate with diverse audiences
• Provide pastoral care, counselling, and support to individuals and families within the community
• Organise and lead religious ceremonies such as weddings, baptisms, and funerals
• Facilitate educational programmes, including teaching religious classes and organising community events
• Offer guidance on moral and ethical issues in accordance with religious doctrines
• Foster a welcoming environment that encourages participation and spiritual growth
• Collaborate with community organisations to promote social cohesion and support initiatives aligned with Christian principles
• Perform all Pastoral Administrative tasks and duties as assigned.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in public speaking, teaching, or related roles within a religious setting
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with diverse groups of people
• Background or training in pastoral ministry
• Compassionate nature with excellent interpersonal skills
• Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
